The CushShins are designed for use with the BackUp support sling. These plastic and foam inserts apply over the knee beneath the elastic belt of the BackUp and distribute weight over three times the area of the shin, easing strain for those with sensitive knees. Each purchase includes two CushShins.

Please note that a pair of CushShins already comes packaged complimentary with each BackUp support sling we sell. (They may resemble part of the packaging, so don't throw them away!)
